Capital deposits through Pennylane, open to everyone

Capital deposits through Pennylane are now open to everyone. Signatures are also easier to track up to closing.

Deposit your new company's capital through Pennylane. When you create a company, the capital deposit through Pennylane is now open to every user. The partnership terms are shown before you confirm, and tracking separates documents already uploaded from those still to handle.

Highlight

Signatures tracked all the way to closing

Follow up with a signer before the signature stalls. An email that could not reach a signer is flagged at once, with the likely reason. When an operation closes, choose the Documents folder where its files go. E-signature is now open on every paid plan.

Highlight

Clearer access, tracked invitations

See who can access what, and why. Access is explained at three levels: organisation, group and company. Each invitation shows its expiry date, and an expired one can be renewed. A button your rights don't let you use tells you why.
